ABOUT THE DAKOTA HUNTER’s NEW WEB SHOP

I collect and beautify vintage Aircraft parts that were found by me during my global expeditions, in search of the lost and the last Dakota. (Read my book The Dakota Hunter for the amazing stories and 250 unique pictures)
Since 1995, I specialize in converting authentic aviation-related components into High-End Interior Objects, Collectables, and Furniture.

You can view in this Dakota Hunter Web Shop my DC-3 Wing Desk, coming in (at your choice) a LH or RH version, either as a single DC-3 Wingtip Bureau or as a coupled DC-3 Double Wingtip Conference Table version.
Also, I offer authentic Propellers, both from the Douglas DC-3/ C-47 and a smaller version from the Twin Beech, B-18/ C-45 which are available in matt black (military version) or in a mirror-polished finish.

Also, the German FLAK Binoculars as shown are original War Relics, made between 1936 and 1945 by one of the 5 contracted Factories, all Top-Quality Brands that still exist like Carl Zeiss, Leitz, Schneider, and Busch.

Original Serial Numbers and Mfg Codes were retained in the Prism Blocks and show on the Certificate of Authenticity. The Tripods were often made by local Furniture makers, in wood with alternately iron/ aluminum/ brass element.

Like the Prism Blocks, they are cleaned and upgraded to a shiny finish by my workshop. Most of the German Binoculars ended in good hands, during and after the war, they were reputed for their clear lenses and became much-wanted trophies. Due to their superior quality, many Allied Armies confiscated the binoculars and they remained in Military services for decades after WWII within the Eastern European Armies, including the USSR.

If interested, please send me your email address, or fill in the form below, so I can send you my free Newsletter and Facebook Blogs , that can also be found here: facebook.com/thedakotahunter
Curious to see Testimonials of customers/ collectors, who proudly own my War Relics? Or what about Museums and Theme Parks that were supplied with complete Dakotas or DC-3 Cockpits by The Dakota Hunter?
It is all in that name, I scoured the Jungles of the Amazon and the Tundras of the Yukon and know where to find the parts. And if my expertise comes to no avail, I have a network of friends and dealers who can help me out.

Cheers, Hans Wiesman
